Nope. 22 points is for a 3-years non-university diplomas or at least 2
Bachelor's level degrees. You have a university education with single
Bachelor's degree.
And it is irrelevant that university education in your opinion is "better"
than trade certificate. Those with 3 years trade certificate get more points
than Bachelor's degree holders for very simple reason - Canada has huge
shortage of skilled trade workers and like every other country in the world
has oversupply of graduates with basic Bachelor's degree. Bachelor's degree
is not worth much today - get Master's and you'll get 25 points. Bachelor's
degree holders are dime a dozen nowadays. No offence intended, just a
reality check.
