I believe most of applicants got similar letters asking further personal
history after the date application was submitted. This is new, reasons?
their slow process (so they need updated information) or new investigation
requirement? As a lot of people got it, I think it is a normal procedure
nowadays. In my CAIPS note, it said this information is needed for PHA, I
gather it is for pesonal history assessment, anyone can confirm?
