I wonder how come so many people who are not even British end-up using
BritishExpats?
There's got to be better alternatives out there.
MailAndNews used to run a terrific newsgroup service, where all posts were
emailed.
I never experienced missing or delayed posts.
They had to stop that service since ShanjeMail took over.
Google groups is the next best thing right now, for those who don't have
direct UseNet access via their ISPs.
