Hi,
I have 2 question regarding this:
1) My brother is a full time university student living with parents.
Can I sponsor my Mom and my brother, but not my Dad (we don't have
enought income to sponsor all 3, plus my brother is who I really want
to sponsor.)

2) If my husband co-signs and he has been here over 3 years, do I
still need to wait until I have been in Canada for 1 year to be able
to sponsor.
