The website you listed is for the US Department of Citizenship
and Immigration Services.

While it's a good start, keep in mind that the "citizenship"
issues that they are concerned with are those dealing
with the naturalization of new citizens. Issues related to
loss of citizenship or determination of whether a person is
or is not a US citizen, are handled by the US State Department.
