Nothing. OPIC still exists.

But only representatives charging fees who are members in good standing of
CSIC or Proper Provincial/Territorial bas association may represent
applicants before CIC as of April 2004. See links below for more info:

So, those consultants who are now members of OPIC or AICC and want to
continue representing clients as of April 2004 will have to qualify for,
apply to and become members of CSIC.
