if this background check is not a check for education/experience
credentials, then what it is for? merely checks to places where an
applicant has stayed to see if they are dangerous? if yes, then how can you
make sure those information from persons working in
commercial/non-commercial places (in term of security) are as reliable as
intelligence and security agencies? Sorry I am really confused.
