Don't be! These 2 people you mentionned are helping people here and you are
yourself too, be grateful of this community that provides services to so
many people. You may have gone through difficult time yourself but everybody
has, myself included... We're all in the same boat... Hang on there, things
will turn out all right for you at one point, they allways do...
