I join this question but in the slightly different matter...

Me and my wife own big flat, valuable (according to the market prices) in the
Centre of Warsaw, Polish capital...
Can we provide the proof of this flat ownership in the beginning of the
application process and JUST before (future) picking-up the immigration visa
- sell our flat to show pure cash THEN?
