Subject: Proof of Settlement Funds from UK Posted on: Sat, 31 Jan 2004 10:33:20 +0000

Hi, can anyone please clarify the following....

When we spoke to two UK
based immigration consultants ref settlement funds they advised that if
we showed a list of our assests, proven by a recent house valuation,
less debts proven by bank or account statement, and any other financial
factors, to show a net value of our assets, this would suffice to send
with the PR application.

I have seen a post on here that says we have
to show the cash deposit in our bank account, other wise it will be
returned promptly.

Can anyone further clarify this ?

What did other
UK immigrants do/have done ?

Thanks.

Confused and scratching head in
frustration....
