Perfectly clear now. Disappointing though, as our PR
application has now been sent off. Guess they will sent it straight back
with rejection, rather than ask us for the funds to be released with
proper evidence and start processing it.
It does seem pedantic though
as the house valuation was undertaken professionally along with detailed
financial analysis submitted.
One could wonder whether it is worth
releasing the equity and paying extra interest (plus admin fees) on the
extra loan for 1-2 years.
