Subject: Mr. Andrew Miller, Please help with my question. Posted on: Wed, 4 Feb 2004 00:44:59 +0000 (UTC)

Hi,

I submitted my application under independent catagory with me as
Principal applicant and applied together with my common-law partner, I filed in
May 2003. Now I want to drop the common-law partner from my
application, How should I do that? Is it required to file a new
application, or can I send a letter to the consulate indicating I would like to
make such changes on my existing application? I already have a B#,
havn't get any assessment yet. Can I use the same case number for such changes?

Expert please help. It is very important.

Thanks a lot

Yumin
