First - it can be any (out of several) decision made during the process and
most don't result in anything being mailed to applicant. Unfortunately there
is a generic statement on e-client used in all those decisions, regardless
if anything is being mailed or not.
Second - if it is decision that resulted in something being mailed to you
then it usually takes at least a month from the decision to letter being
mailed out. Dec 23 was just a day before Christmas - so, subtract at least 2
weeks for holidays break and you'll realize that if anything should be
mailed you can't have it yet.
So, nothing to worry.
