Hi Group,

I called the Ottawa office to confirm if my medicals reached them.
They were done in August 03. The lady on the phone was not cooperative
and insisted that she is not allowed to give out information because
of privacy issues.

I guess then caips notes will be only option left to confirm
medicals/status etc... in other words some more money to shell out for
some peace of mind.
