Should be pretty straightforward really.........you can get the photo
technical spec from the CIC website. Ring round a few small private
photography studios, ask them if they do passport/emigration photo's.


Take the technical spec with you and check it with their info, if they
match (and they should) they'll charge you between £25 and £35. You need
4 per person, write your full name on the back of each one.

Ours were
done by a small firm in our local town and they had all the specs on
file, charges us £30 for two sets of four pics.
