Looks like I messed up by stating that my father had Hep-B. I actually
called my father after coming back form medicals just to see if he is
doing occasional tests for Hep-B and how are things now, and its then
he told me that he was never infected of Hep-B but it was the slight
effect of Jaundice (which is very comman) and not the worst form i.e
Hep-B

I am going to call my doctor today and ask him if i can update the
medical form (as this piece of information is incorrect), will he
allow me to do this now? and if he dont allow this now, can i actually
mail/fax Ottawa or Buffalo of this mistake and ask them to correct the
medical form or I have to wait and expect CIC to request for more
tests?
