Does this mean that if I addded my spouse to my
application in Feb 2003, his initial assessment is over NOW and the
backgrnd/security check will commence and that will take another 12
months from now to complete ?????
However we received medical forms
from CIC and underwent medicals in May 2003.
How long more could it
be till passport request ??
