Congratulations Renee ! I know you have been waiting for this
day, and it seems to have turned out not to be an April fools joke :-)
They won't let you apply for a SIN card now like you said, until your
PR card comes. You can apply for a health card though at the moment.
Once again....congratulations and welcome to Canada.
