If your wife is living with you abroad and is sponsoring you as Canadian
citizen living abroad then in her sponsorship application she had to declare
(and provide evidence) that she will be returning permanently to Canada as
soon as you get your PR visa. If this is the case then you guys may have
problems if she fails to move back to Canada permanently.
But why are you going through the process in the first place if you cannot
or don't want to move permanently to Canada yet? Why not start the process
when you are ready to move?
