Man shot after rap concert

MONTREAL -- A shooting occurred close to Montreal's Bell Centre Friday
night after a concert by rap artist '50 cent'.

A black man in his twenties was shot several times. The black man
was wearing a bullet-proof vest, and his injuries did not appear to be
life-threatening.

An off-duty police officer witnessed the shooting. Two black suspects,
a man, 25, and a woman, 18, were immediately arrested. The two are
members of a street gang, according to police.

My Take : Looks like the 2 suspects have failed !!!
