You can get your Police Clearance from Indian Embassy. Depending on the
region where you are you should contact appropriate Indian embassy. I
know they one in Houston aprt from one in Washigton DC. you need to post
your passport and $18 and in a month you will get your PCC. Search
internet for more details.
You have to take IELTS it is a must
