Dan: I am surprised at your reaction to my comments. You posed a question
and I answered based on the information given. My response was speculative
as I do not have the all facts. You may want to get a print out of your file
as they may reveal the problem. I prefer a proactive attitude rather than
waiting for CIC to act. As for time lines, cases like yours that go off the
rails can take considerable time to resolve and I would suggest 16 to 18
months beofre you are asked for more info or are asked to attend interview
depending on where in Canada you live.
