Hi,
I applied for permanant residence in canada from NEW DELHI in October
2001. I got my file number in December 2001. Till then there is no
reply from them. I submitted my CCPE initial assessment and few more
papers. Also I faxed and sent couriers for enquiry many a times. There
is no singlr response from them.
Also whenever I visit e-client application status, nothing is
mentioned there. It sjhows that ----->
"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided.
There could be three possible reasons:
Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try
again.
This service is only available to clients with applications in
process. We may have received your application but not begun
processing it yet.
Immigration and Citizenship Processing Times
At this time, you may use this on-line service to view the status of
your application if you have:
sponsored a member of the family class;
applied for permanent residence from within or outside Canada;
applied for a permanent resident card (initial, replacement or
renewal);
applied for a grant of Canadian citizenship; or
applied for a proof of Canadian citizenship."
etc etc
It is nearing 3 years for me. Can anyone help how to find in what
stage my application is?
Is anyone in similar situation?
