Not all of us are happy. Some with cancer cannot get appropriate treatment in a timely manner. I had
a limb-treatening infection and it took 5 days to get into the OR. The foot was saved, but it took
close to a year to recover. If I would have gone into the OR the same day as I went into the ER I'll
bet I would have been back at work within 3 months.
The result of the delay was that the federaland provincial governments lost 1 year's of income tax
from me while at the same time being forced to pay for 1 year of medical treatment. It doesn't take
an MBA to figure out what MUST change.
