Subject: Mr Jim, and experts: FBI fingerprint card delay vs. deadline for response Posted on: Fri, 8 Oct 2004 02:59:19 +0000 (UTC)

I am in the same situation. Could anyone throw some light. Should we
go ahead and submit our all papers other than FBI card with a cover
letter indicating the situation, and submit the FBI card when it
comes.
