You will have to return at least twice - once for the test and once for
the oath. Of course, if you don't plan on living in Canada permanently, why
not save your $200 and not bother applying for citizenship, since living in
Canada doesn't seem to be a huge priority for you anyhow? If things change
later on and you want to live in Canada, you could always re-apply for PR if
you haven't been able to maintain it.
