Just want to inquire of the following:

1. Education points, Am I entitled to get 25 points?
I have 17 years of total years of education.
6 years in elementary,
4 years in high school,
5 years in egineering and
2 years in Master's of Engineering where I earned more than 20
units
All of those I completed in the standard no. of years, except my
master's where I must need at least one semester more, but never
complete it due to a good opportunity to work related to my career. At
present I have more than 10 years of work experience in my own field.

2. I'm updating my forms is there any effect in my application if I
change the destination I filled earlier to another territory.
