Let's see, American conquered Mexico and took half it's territory. America
conquered Hawaii and annexed it five years later. America conquered Japan
and took Okinawa and we still have troops there 60 years later, although
the US returned Okinawa to Japan in the 1970s. America helped conquer
Germany and still has troops there today.
