Unemployment rate across Canada is 7.0%

in BC it's 6.4 (still very high) if you want second rate jobs like
washing cars
or cleaning aprtments then goto Alberta (uemployment rate is 5.0 but
most jobs created are temporary, part-time low paying jobs).
