Hi,

In the Spouse/Common-law partner box (Section A) you leave it blank.
Do not sign under Note 1 (above Section B) because in fact there is an
ex-spouse. Include a letter of explanation attached to this form
stating that I currently do not have a spouse/common law partner but I
was previously married and now divorced.
