Subject: What happens to PR status when accompanying CC abroad? Posted on: Mon, 06 Jun 2005 21:00:15 MDT

Probably been asked many times before so apologies in advance. Situation is:

-Spouse is CC.
-I'm a PR.
-There's a possibility or relocating to the US later this year, don't know
how long for. Both of us would go.
-Is my PR status preserved?
-Are there any forms I need to complete before leaving?
