Yes, speedy wedding without long courtship and normal relationship building
period is immediately a big red flag. The other huge red flag (especially
with speedy wedding) are differences in your cultural and religious
backgrounds (education is not as big factor, but with presence of other
factors will also add to doubts).

But you won't find there any solutions or tips how to overcome extreme
difficulties of your case. You should seek professional assistance of
experienced immigration practitioner in Canada. This is one of many DON'T
DIY examples.
