Hi there,
I have to apply for a visa revalidation in US consulate in toronto
with my wife who is on h4. I am a landed immigrant ( have PR card)
since before marriage, so I have no issues going there to apply, but my
wife would need a canadian visa ( visit visa) just to accompany me for
her h4 stamp as well. Our previous us visa stamp has already expired.
I have appointment for visa interview in US toronto consulate for both
of us.
I want some advise on how to convince/ what extra documents I would
need to be able to convince the canandian LA consulate to give her the
visa, my intent is to come back to US ( all of us) after I get the
visa.
