I am a PR and am sponsoring my daughter who is a US citizen. The PR
application will be processed at Buffalo.
The country specific instructions for Family Class
(http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/3910e.pdf) reads this

PROOF OF MEDICAL EXAMINATION
Include for yourself and each of your family members Copy 2 of the
Medical Report-Section A that the DMP will sign and give to you when
you undergo the medical examination. See Appendix D for additional
information.

Does this mean that that the medicals have to be completed before
submitting the application? Can I wait until I receive a notification
from Buffalo to get the medicals done?
