its the easiest of changes you will ever make,
most probably no change is needed if the speedometer reads KMS already as
they mostly do in a more subtle way,
if not, all it takes is a sticker be posted on that speedometer screen for
the inspection, they are available at canadian tire( a auto store here in
canada). etc
