I am a PR and getting married in October, I have heard that there has
been a change in spousal processing. Do you think I should get my wife
to apply for a visitor visa now i.e. before marriage (TRP as i guess,
it is now called)and she can come back with me to canada based on that
after the marriage, once she is here, I can apply for an Inland
sponsorship. Or should I apply for sponsoring her after the wedding and
just wait for the overseas processing to be completed and then bring
her here. She will be applying for the visitor visa as a single, even
though she has a government job, what would be her chances.
I am not sure how the new policy changes are being interpreted by the
esperts, any help will be greatly appreciated
