Hello everyone,
Currently Im resiidng in Japan on spouse visa since Jyly 2005. Before
that, I lived in US for about 4 years and havent been to my home
country since Year 2000.My question is should I apply from Japan (Visa
post is Manila,Philippines) or forward the application to processing
office in my country of Nationality?(While Im Residing in Japan)I have
also included my spouse in the application who is a Japanese National.
