Not between July 23 and August 11. I applied in October 2003. Last
month I received a letter with all the forms I sent, original fee
receipt that I sent and new forms. Letter states that my preference for
sponsorship may have changed, my parents may not be interested anymore
or my family situation may have changed. So fill these new forms,
attach original option C for 2002, 2003 and 2004. Attach new job letter
and send all the package again.
Interesting thing is that they even did not open all of my original
application pacakge. It was in same paper clip, same order of papers
and almost everything seemed un-opened.
Unfortunately, my younger brother is over 22 now and do not qualify
according to new forms. So I will have to remove him from new
application.
