When it would be? Since your name appears with "Former" :-), I would
assume you have worked for long in foreign service and it would be long
time ago. If so, imagine the scenario now. There would be 9000 times
100 applicants for 80 positions if it had to be now. Also if the
competition was "bullet proof", it would be "nuclear proof" at present
... lol
