I was in a similar situation where they contacted my lawyer in Sep 2005
and said that they haven't received my medicals ( which was sent in
July 2005). I faxed the receipts from the doctor, copy of the cerified
mail receipt and a copy of the cashier's check for the ROLF. A week
after sending these I got the passport request. If you have similar
evidence as above, I suggest that you send them and let CIC know that
you have sent the medicals.
