ah ok. Finally, if you note my earlier posting. My Letter informing me
about the transfer to NYC dated June 27, 2006 also had this wording:

" Do not request the status of your file within 90 days of the date of
this letter" . It also gives an email address - which was not the case
before. Recently, the e-client also reflected the fact that my file
was transferred to NYC- which means the databases were updated.

I am sure you will hear from them one of these days...plus you have
already sent the FBI results.
