Hi,

I am wondering if some immigration expert can give me some advise here.
I got my canadian immigration in April 2004. I did the landing in
August '2004. Since then I am living in USA. According to my
understanding, if I don't go back to canada until August 2007 ( because
of 2/5 years rule), I will loose my immigration status. Is this
understanding correct? If for any reason I cannot go back by that time,
is there any work around to maintain the status?
