Hi. I'm from Manila too. And I paid ROPR fee in 2004,a year after my
application which still hasn't been evaluated. And I didn't receive a
receipt for more than six months. There's an email address in the
manila.gc.ca website where you can send your inquiries and I requested
receipt of my payment. I got the receipt two weeks after I requested. I
believe you can do the same too.
