i applied in 2004 august for the PR in abudhabi ...after 2 years and 6
months i got a interview call n my husband went to attend it
everything was fine in the interview but the only problem the visa
officer had was she was not happy with my certificates as my
graduation degree was having a error in the spelling n she declared it
as fake even after my husband pleading her to verify it with the
university .....n refused my application giving the reason that i had
submitted fake certificates .
now i need my degree for doing a job i contacted them and there is no
response from the canadian high commission.First af all the visa
officer have no right to declare it as fake without verifying it with
the university.she have wasted my time and i also lost my degree
I WANT TO SUE HER IN COURT NOW BUT I AM SHORT OF MONEY SO ANY LAWYER
IF THEY THING THEY CAN FIGHT ON MY BEHALF THEY CAN TAKE A PERCENTAGE
OF MONEY WHICH I WILL GET AFTER I WON THE CASE.
