As I understand it, you can't. If you married before landing and she
didn't take a medical, then you probably can't sponsor her; too many
people were using it as a means of getting around the medical
requirements.

However, you're probably best contacting CIC or an immigration expert
and seeing if they can tell you for sure.

Probably not, as she can't be expected to leave Canada when the visa
expires.
