Experts,

My sister has applied for PR under Simplified Application process
(Skilled category)
in Kuala Lumpur. Now she is in a position to get arranged employment
opinion, according to CIC
AOE cases should be submitted as regular application process. Since
she has already applied
under simplified process, when is the right time to inform the CPC
with the AOE with
relevant documents? Does she have to wait until they request for all
the supporting
documents or can she inform the CPC earlier. Kuala Lumpur CPC
processing time
ranges from 6-12 for AOE cases and normal cases takes anywhere between
24-36 months
currently. So, I am not sure how this works in our case since we have
started as Simplified
and want to change that to regualar process. Any insight would be
highly appreciated.
