Hi.
I have had nothing but trouble with getting my CSQ. The people who
handle this process seem to be utterly incapable. I was recently sent
a letter which you can find here:
http://www.fluxuries.com/csq.gif (IN FRENCH)
In it, it rejected my CSQ application. From the points chart that was
attached I could figure they gave me 0 points for work experience,
which is ludicrous since I have worked in Montreal for 1 year at a
company, and they have proof of that, and on the online evaluation you
cannot choose more work experience than 12 months (it's in 3
intervals, 3-6 months, 6-12 months, or 12 months or more), and when I
choose that I do get enough points for the CSQ.
So I called them and asked exactly what they needed because they are
asking for "attestions d'emplois" and I don't find it clear whether it
is my CURRENT work contract (which I have sent them 3 times) or work
contracts from PREVIOUS jobs.
Does anyone know? And does anyone know why they won't count my 1 year
as a worker in the field of my university degree in Canada as valid
work experience?
Also, they won't tell me anything on the phone. I asked them to tell
me what exactly they needed, they refused, and said they'd send a
letter, but the letter they sent me is exactly the same as the one I
received and didn't give me enough information first time, so why
would it the second time?
Furthermore, I can't remember what jobs I put down that I had
previously, there were only 5 spaces, and I've had many jobs so
obviously I had to make a selection. And since they won't tell me
anything on the phone, not in writing, this complicates matters to say
the least.
So basically, does anyone have an idea from the above letter (linked),
what exactly they are asking for?!?
