Can it be an original birth certificate if it is our daughter who is
now a permanent resident?

We decided to apply as skilled workers since we do fulfill the
requirements, have 75 points, both handle English well (my husband is
an engineer and I am an ESL teacher, both with master=B4s degrees from
the States) and able to support ourselves. We thought that our daughter
=B4s sponsorship was simpler but was probably going to take much longer.
