Actually, in addition of graduation, the BC provincial nominee
program would require you to also find a job (got a job offer).
But you would likely to be eligible for at least 1 year prost
graduation work permit, so you would be able to work while
waiting for the process.

If your background and the job you found match an entry in NAFTA
professionals list, then you can get work permit easily without

Otherwise, most likely you need to be special enough so company
willing to sponsor you and no Canadian can fill your position.
