Hi,
I submitted my PR (common-law) application to CIC Vegreville back in
November 2006 and in July 07 it was transferred to Kitchener ON. I sent in a
form requesting FOSS notes the other week as I was wondering why I hadn't
heard anything.. Well I got a phone call today informing me it would be
another 6 -8 months before I even got an interview !! The *entire process*
is only meant to take 9 - 10 months.. with this extra wait it would be over
18 months !!
In addition to this, they seemed puzzled why I would want FOSS notes - yet I
sent in a form *specifically requesting* a copy of the notes so I could see
remarks and maybe get some clue why it was transferred to Kitchener..
Has anyone else experienced this kind of thing ? I've come to the conclusion
that white people are at the bottom of the pile when it comes to
immigration.. if I had a turbin on my head I would've been greeted with open
arms !! You see hundreds of Asians, Indians, etc who get treated like
royalty.. (come to Canada and we'll give you a PR card and a kwiki mart)
This is ridiculous.. does anyone know who I would adress my concerns to ?
Immigration minister perhaps ?
